Shoreland Permitting + Preservation

The Beaver Lake landscape is a New Hampshire, DES approved project. Preserving the lake’s natural beauty by managing soil erosion and reducing pollutant leeching are the main purposes for a shoreland permit. Impervious surfacing and vegetative buffers played a direct role in achieving project goals. Infiltration steps, dense plantings and a living boulder wall are just a few elements that make Beaver Lake a model for state regulatory excellence.
