Joe Slaimen has a diversified background in landscaping, property maintenance, and general contracting. As a native New Englander, he fully understands the requirements of an evolving, four seasons landscape and expectations of the clients who inhabit them. At the age of 9, Joe began working for his family’s business where he learned the value of a hard day’s work. Throughout his childhood and college career, he worked for a variety of multi-disciplined contracting firms. After college, Slaimen committed to serving his community, as he joined the Buildings and Grounds Department for the Town of Stowe and taught secondary education. These experiences have led Joe to focus on a landscape career, bringing a level of refinement to the trades not often seen. With a sustainable mindset, Joe enjoys a collaborative approach to ensure concepts become reality, ideas are listened to, and projects are completed with integrity. Joe represents a collection of Sylvatica Design’s business allies that allow each landscape to underscore quality New England craftsmanship.
